Hospice of Michigan

Hospice of Michigan is a non-profit hospice with services throughout the state. It is the oldest and largest hospicein Michigan. HOM has been a partner with the fellowship since its beginning.

Angela Hospice Care Center

Angela Hospice is a non-profit hospice serving southeast Michigan. It has a unique Care Center which is a site for our fellows to train.  Angela Hospice has been a fellowship partner since the beginning.
